Parcel shipping
We currently ship our orders with DHL and UPS. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.

Every shipment we send with DHL and UPS is insured and can be tracked.
DHL Express
DHL Express shipping is not offered yet. As soon as this service is available, we will let you know on this page.
Delivery time in Germany
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery time abroad
For deliveries to EU countries, delivery usually takes 3–10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to Germany and to countries in the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries are not available at present.
Customs / delivery restrictions
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs charges usually apply. We do not currently offer shipping to non-EU countries.
Partial delivery
If you order items that are in stock together with a pre-order, we will by default only ship your order once all items are available.
On request we will split your order into two shipments — just write to us after your purchase.
With a partial delivery, shipping costs are charged only once; the second shipment is free for you.
Each partial shipment gets its own tracking number so you can track both parcels.
