These Pre-Order Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions) of Eximely UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Our General Terms and Conditions and statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

1. What is a pre-order?

Products marked as pre-orders are not yet regularly available at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product before its official release or availability date.

The relevant product page shows the currently expected availability and, where applicable, the period during which pre-orders can be placed.

2. Opening and closing of the pre-order period

Certain products may have a specific pre-order period. Once the deadline shown on the product page has passed, no further pre-orders can be placed.

Orders successfully placed before the end of the pre-order period remain unaffected.

3. Expected availability

The availability date shown on the product page is based on the information currently provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier.

Release and delivery dates for pre-order products may subsequently be changed by the manufacturer or supplier. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you as soon as we receive the relevant information.

Your statutory rights in the event of a delivery delay remain unaffected.

4. Payment

Payment is processed according to the payment method selected during checkout. Depending on the payment method and payment service provider, the purchase price may be charged or authorised at the time the order is placed.

A pre-order is therefore not a non-binding reservation without a payment obligation.

5. Shipping

Pre-order products are shipped once they are available to us and ready for dispatch.

For products that have not yet been released, the expected availability shown on the product page depends in particular on the information provided by, and actual supply from, the manufacturer or supplier.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information where available for the selected shipping method.

6. Product cancellation or non-availability

If a pre-ordered product is permanently discontinued, cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier, or cannot be supplied to us despite our order, we will inform you.

If the order cannot therefore be fulfilled, any payments already received for the affected product will be refunded using the original payment method.

7. Right of withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal also remains fully applicable to pre-orders.

For consumers, the statutory withdrawal period for goods is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

8. Warranty and consumer rights

Statutory warranty rights apply to pre-order products in the same way as to regularly available goods.

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
